23rd December,2024...10:16 PM

After 3 months and 23 days, i opened my blogger site to sit, think and write about the wonderful experience i had yesterday at the same place drishti had her first meetup but with different people...

Asusual, travelling from titwala to dadar always makes me question that "worth it hai kya??"

Will see if it was worth it or not...

Few days ago when I saw drishti's story of No-Phone Event, I filled the form immediately thinking of ending this year on high note incase i get selected...

Luckily I did!

After almost 2 years, i was going to meet same creator at same place and because i was lucky enough to be in first meetup...I knew its gonna be an experience to have....

When I reached, I was alone roaming around and wandering around the place where our first meetup happened...

Thankfully, i was not alone for long time as i met aakash, my engineer brother jinke saath again roam around the park to see meetup kaha hai?

After a while, we met akansha and akansha...yes, two girls wandering around like us and they didnt even know they had same name...but we had little introduction and thats when smirti came into picture...

Not knowing that she was actually drishti's classmate at one point in college, she shared how drishti was such a shy and calm girl in college and here after so many years, she can see how much drishti grew in person....

While having our little chat, our host finally arrived....

We decided to have a sit and give some introduction to each other...

And that was the point, drishti really surprised me by actually remembering my name from first meetup which was like 2 years ago...so when drishti says she remember names really well....she mean it!

Had lovely introduction of all strangers jinke saath kya activities kar sakte hai vo discuss karte hue sabne groups bana liye...

While playing UNO, i got to know about one akansha from aurangabad living in mumbai who was an IT Engineer where we connected on content part and felt relatable about the fact that it is tough to create content and be consistent when you are in job...

Aadika, professional in finance who actually won both UNO rounds where me and akansha were doubting that she has done some magic for sure...

Met pranjal from nasik who didnt really know, how to play UNO but at end of game, she was killing it...

Abhijeet, our infosys guy jinke saath UNO khelte hue mene samjha ki hum dono rubix cube bohot ache se solve kar sakte hai magar dono ko hi cards ko proper shuffle sikhne ki bohot zarurat hai...

Now, coming to next activity jo even drishti ne bhi imagine nahi kia hoga that it can get that aggressive...

It was similar to Dumb charades game where we show a word to our team without actually looking at that word and team will help you to guess the word while oppostive team will distract the person holding the name...

This was the time, our criminal advocate, kajal got into her competitive zone and decided to smash the opposite team with creative words...

Fun words like baburao, crime master gogo and mohammad ali decided by us in first round whereas the opposite team came up with ramen, richard davidson and bayer?? (Still no idea what it is)

We lost but had fun...second round was with food category where we came up with labodi (rajashtani dish), pisem (still dont know how to spell so ignore), rogan josh etc while our dear opposite team came up with names which i legit dont remember except khichya and some south indian dish kunnu punnu (sorry i forgot what it was)...this was the time everyone got so aggressive that dristhi has to come and tell us that the game is over..lets do journalling...

PS: Kajal and Akansha were the women of the match here...

Anyways, I was really impress by myself when drishti asked how many times we wanted to look at our phone and realised its switched off...i didnt even felt to look for once...good job jigu...

After fun 3 hrs, we all had photo session in the end, having great conversations like samiksha who shared about her journey to yoga and how she want to spread these health related learnings to everyone...i believe she is gonna grow her yoga community very soon...

Met rahul and sahil, the jay veeru of the event who were having so much fun by themselves like rahul teasing sahil when he was journalling and sahil being such a fun guy still lost the second round of the guessing game...just saying hehe

At the end, there was satisfying feeling ki haa yaar, worth it tha!

Thanks to all of strangers who became friends in such less time and being such a great vibe...

Kartik, Aryan, Bhoomi, priya, gautam, kashyap, aditya, heman, and people whom i mentioned in this blog, thanks alot! (Sorry if missed anyone's name)

Finally Drishti, one of the very few creators jinke saath I relate on so many levels through her content...and one of rare creators jinke liye you feel, she deserve to grow more which i know for sure, she will!

Hopefully aur aise fun activities ke through milege, till then take care...
