Ufff, I wanted to write this blog yesterday but ofcourse I procrastinated but its fine...
Yesterday, it was really a good day for me as I did lot of work and got some clarity on what is the most important thing to focus on right now...

I did research on three different brands for making content...and watched one very intersting stream called Neuroscience of Working-Out and exercise...
So many points just stuck in my mind from that instance like this one line..."Get comfortable with discomfort and do the very first you feel is not possible for you OR you will do later" and this will wire your brain with facing discomfort at immense level...

Also, mental games like if you want to jog for an hour but getting bored and get tired then just take football with you, and start kicking it and you wont realise how far you actually came as your brain got distracted from demotivation or laziness or negative points in your mind to something you enjoy...
Mental games...this is something I am gonna work from now onwards...
Preparing my own mental games to push myself forward...although I knew it is normal thing, like people do have hacks and tricks for their brain but I think, I never really understood why people try to fool their brain and work...

Like just accept the situation and work hard to be consistent but now I feel I understand that specially in this generation, where its so easy to distract yourself and focussing on one single task for long time is so difficult now...
YOU NEED MENTAL GAMES....

Like one more I got to know that while working out in gym, if you just count 2 numbers as 1, your brain feels you need to do less reps...
For eg. You have to do 20 reps but you count 2 times as 1 time then your brain will see it as 10 reps which is less and possible for you...

Thinking of creating mental models like this in my work so that it get more efficient in less time...Hopefully
