Just watched few reels about how banglore auto walas threatening or warning their passengers to speak kannada as they are living in their city and they should speak local language as these auto walas find it difficult to learn different language in their on city to work and earn money...also, they want to protect their community language and respect towards it..
I agree...BUT
This is not the way...
If you want to protect and create respect for your culture...you have to use polite way to telling them and not threatening them...which will just going to create more and more hate as I can see the people in comment section getting pissed off from it...
Its not that I disagree with autowalas of banglore but again, there is a way to convey your message so that it actually increase respect for your city and language...as this is just destroying the image fo it...

While thinking about this issue, this thought come up to my mind which is a great way to grab attention from a confernce to start my own campaign about this...

Imagine this scenario,
I am with my team launching something like books, movie, short film etc and I am asnwering questions from media and while doing it, one reporter asked the question, that what are my views on banglore auto walas being toxic for outsiders as they dont speak their own language and then I answered it in a liberal and inspiring way so that it get viral in a reel which a company would post in on their page...

Now, why it will go viral not because I answered it in a way explaining why auto walas are right and wrong at the same time...
Because, the reporter who was asking this question would be planted by me...and after answering the question, I am gonna call this reporter on stage and confront everyone that it was staged and want to have attention to this matter because maybe I know the right way to actually explain people why its important to learn the local languagae if you are living their for years now...

I will actually announce there that I a gonna launch a campaign where I would use storytelling to explain everyone the importance of learning langauage in a very respectful manner so that even outsiders would know and respect the culture without any warnings and all

As there is a right way to handle the situation like this where both sides have good point...and threatening is not the right way to create a respect for your language and community...
This is not the RIGHT WAY!
