JustThink#71
After a loooooong gap, I finally thought to begin with my writing on daily basis and while thinking on What-to-Write...
I had started reading my old blogs...my work from 2021-2022
I had started reading from my very 1st blog qbout LIFE that I have always believed(still believe) that
"Life is SIMPLE and we are the one who make it COMPLICATED..."
Following this very 1st blog of mine, I had kept my reading the next blog...where I has written about my perspectives on relations, use of words, team management, blaming game of life, etc etc etc
Writing or Recording yourself/your work are one of the great ways for your future self to have a look into past...
Looking towards your perspectives and experiences from past-self
I heard this many times that this is HOW you can see your actual GROWTH in Mindset...& HOW much have you improved till now...
AND YES,
I agree with it as I can see my growth in terms of experiences and understandings BUT today I noticed some of the things where I had not really improve OR I should say, there is a downfall rather than growth...
Although, somewhere in my mind, I knew about this but reading my old posts made me acknowledge ...making me aware about this fact that I had lost some of key things too...
SO, what NOW..?
Is it a sad thing? Is it depressing for ME? Am I going to be more stressed about it?
ANSWER is YES & NO...
YES, ofcourse I am sad for it and also a bit hurt...BUT NO, it is not depressing for me as I know you can't really have everything on track together all the time..
As I prefer to focus on one thing rather than multitasking, there are going to be things which could degrade with time...
Do you know, what were the things I had my downfall in..?
It was Writing and My Health...
Incase of writing,
I am starting this again with 10 days writing challenge and this is my Day1 of writing...
& for my Health,
I am figuring out how to start with it and more imp...learning to be a bit consistent in it...
Will see if I got something to share about it in future...Being hopeful here...
