Quick status about my life...

I recently applied at one creator's platform startup for the content lead role and had an interview with the founder of it and thankfully got the internship as a social media intern at that startup...

So, a few days ago, I had my first meeting with the team and content lead or content manager of that startup who was already managing the whole content of it and I got to know by his LinkedIn profile that he used to work in a well-known company having a good youtube presence where he was working as a content strategist...

I got curious about the fact that already having a good position at such a good company with 3-4 yrs of experience...why would anyone leave this job to join a startup which is in an initial stage of the business and will take time to have long term growth in the market...

AFter a few meetings, I asked him WHY??

He answered," Of course its true that I had a good job with a good salary and also around 10 yrs of experience in digital space BUT it is also true that after some point, you will start getting the monotonous feeling as you are doing the same things repeatedly and that's why I also got the feeling to EXPLORE rather than getting settle with my work"

I couldn't agree more with his statement which is sooo truee that whatever work you are working on, irrespective of the fact that you love doing that work or not, our human mind will get bored Or you will start getting feeling of monotonous life which is not bad its natural...

BUT

The point here, which I believe to be important is TO EXPLORE...

Don't get settled at an early age or else, you will get the boring life in the end when you would be old with low energy which is your choice right now to choose that one or to explore and learn more....

My mentor and content lead of that company had more than 10 yrs of experience but still, he choose to explore rather than getting settled SO
