patience


I don't believe there is something called UNIQUE...

OR I would say, I don't believe that being unique in some work will give you success for sure...there is no guarantee that if you have unique idea for business, if you have unique quality in your personality, if you have uniqueness in your any form of content then you will be successfull in your life...

BUT

Being unique might be difficult but being consistent in something is preety simple....still most of the time we find it hard to be consistent in something...AND its obvious as human mind start getting bored feeling if it is forced to do same thing repeatedly and unfortunately  to be consistent, you need to keep up your work on daily basis...

Although, there are many factors which helps to be consistent in any work BUT I believe one thing which is must to be consistent is PATIENCE...

I can explain with my example...

As I was working with one Ed-tech startup as content writer and manager for more than 6 months now and was consistent in work BUT I wanted to try new things, to explore the content field but there was a problem with me that I can't work with company whose vision and product I don't like and thats why I was finding and was waiting for the right opportunity by applying for number of startups...

PATIENCE was something I holded for long time after my graduation in june 2021 and its not easy to be graduate student and don't have a job(Except my internship) , even though I knew it will take time for right job BUT my parents were still worried about my situaton which was obvious but still they were supportive incase of my career as my choice...

FINALLY,

I found one startup which I really liked their vision and service and so decided to approach them and had an interview and guess what, for so many months I was working with my previous startup as an intern, it helped me to get good profile in front of this new startup and I got selected as content lead...

I know it is not a perfect example for being patience with your work to be consistent but still the point is you are not going to get big results in short time so you really need patience to be consistent in any work and believe me CONSISNTENCY compounds your growth on massive level which you gonna see in long time so have patience...OR learn to be patience(It can be boring sometimes but it depends how you see it)
