Consuming a whole lot of content throughout the day, I was thinking what to write and what to share...
SO, I made a small list of things which taught me something, things which made me laugh and things which gave me flow in peace...
AND
I am gonna share everything at the end of this blog so do check out if you get some free time to save it...
OTHER than that, I watched one video which I am gonna attach at the end of the blog which was about A Power of MEDITATION and joy of being alone by NAVAL RAVIKANT...
It was part of podcast with Joe Rogan and Naval Ravikant discussing interesting topics about life and while watching the video, I was relating to naval thoughts on meditation...
Although, there are many types of meditation techniques people performed and talking about myself, I was lucky to have a habit of meditating from my childhood(Thanks to my parents) where I started meditating as most of the people does, which is sitting in a quite place and focusing on your deep breaths...
Slowly, while growing up, my take on meditation changed as now I think, meditation simply means sitting and observing your thoughts...which sounds very simple to do BUT I have seen people who says they do meditation but only for few minutes, after that the whole day, they are messed up in their life or I should say messed up in their head...
When I was watching the video, I relate to the point naval said, that he is doing meditation on regular basis and for him, meditation simply means nothing or less in your head...
When you mind is empty OR you are aware of what is in your mind then you will know how thoughts, memories, things which are important for you and people who are really important to you and many more...Meditation helps you to see the reality of your life and truth if you know how to enable it and honestly, as naval said, it is very simple but very few really have this power to be alone and enjoy your own company, observe your thoughts, your positives, your negatives and what is the most important thing to do now...
I know I don't have to tell benefits of meditation but I can share my experience with it which is quite normal for me know as when covid hitted the world, everyone got more spare time for themself including me and I am not gonna bore you by telling whole journey but for now, I do observe my thoughts whole day now...It doesn't guarantee me that I will be at peace because there are many more things going on specially at my age(21) but still by nature, I have a peaceful mind or atleast I can say I am learning to have a peaceful mind(Not all the time but most of the time)...
So, ending this with one line of naval, that "its a power which you can use to convert your peace into happiness and happiness into peace anytime you want because peace is happiness at rest and happiness is peace at motion..."
