--I had many experiences in network marketing or I should say experience in just attending seminars of these network marketing companies...

--Most of us knows about network marketing or chain marketing which got a very bad image in our society(Which is true though..)

--Specifically, in India it is called as SCAM which tells you to find some people to sell your product and get your commission which is not a bad in terms of business...

  • Very few people knows in INDIA, that now image got worst but in 1970s-1980s it was popular in U.S. and even the author of RICH DAD AND POOR DAD, Robert Kiyosaki wrote a book called as Business of 21st Century which was full of positive points of Network Marketing and even said it is going to boom in 21st century...
  • YES, Of course we know what happen to it now in 21st century but that doesn't mean book is not valuable because when I read the whole book, I got to know that point of these whole book was to present business mindset need rather than network marketing...

Robert also took an example of Donald trump who supports network marketing...

BUT,

If these financial experts are supporting this then why it failed??

The main reason behind it was, the way these network marketing companies working to grow their business...

The main goal is based on motivational seminars and making people greedy by telling dreams of getting a BMW cars or anything like that...

Which is just a waste of time and insult business...

More than 99% of network marketing company do this, they just conduct a motivational seminars telling their experiences of getting their dream car, house, etc to make new ones greedy and include them in next chain to add a commission to their earnings...

BUT,

--they don't explain how to sell it...

--they don't tell about customer satisfaction...

--they don't tell this as a service rather they say do this to get a pitty car...such a dumb thing to say in business...

Even, I believe network marketing is a good business model if use it like a business and not a motivational scamming model...

Robert also said this in his book,

if you want to develop business  mindset, go join network marketing company to learn...

---Important of Network Building in business who shares same vision...

---To know Word-Of-Mouth importance without burning money in advertising..

---To know what is rejection when on sales...

---To develop leadership skills and many more...

YES,

its unfortunate, these companies focusing on motivation and dreams rather than focusing on business...

BUT,

its not true that the concept is dead, you can see it still followed by many companies but in a right way...

Great example is AMAZON AFFILIATE PROGRAM where any business can take affiliate link of product to share with his network people and get a little commission out of it...

& Yes, its a successful model for amazon...

So,

Of all these my experiences on these concept I can say in my opinion,

Network Marketing is not bas business model, it just the companies whose focus is in wrong way...

Otherwise, you can get great learning and experience of sales and marketing by joining good companies which gives on-ground experience of sales...

Nothing is bad, if you learn something from everything...

If you get this then you get it!!
