Honestly, I don't know have much experience in interacting with third gender community people...

Except some few experience which were the best...

Some years ago, when I used to live in Mulund, Mumbai at age of 17 or 18 in rent house and we used to shift every second or third year...

Maybe Close to year 2018, we shifted to another house but I never was excited about it because my introvert behaviour was always the same at new places...

Even here, I was used to be in my house or going out just for college, house work or to meet my childhood friends...

AND,

  • Here comes the introduction of one transgender who was our neighbour...
  • Honestly, as always happen with me, I didn't knew about her for first few months...

BUT,

  • When I got to know about her, she was one of sweetest and most generous person in our area/colony...
  • Even, whole colony's people never got discomfort because of her as we used to hear about their community...
  • In a very short intro, I can say se was enthusiastic, very generous and a very communicator who also had a job going on her scooty...
  • As I was not very used to talk to any person after shifting(mostly), I never actually talked to her but my mother and sister got many chance to be in conversation with her...
  • When I was kid/teenage, I used to see transgenders in local trains giving blessings and in return people giving some money like  Rs. 1,2,3,10,50 as per their wish...

NOW,

If I think about it,

  • Third Gender community actually got many rights in recent times as they can work freely and be treated as human as we are but still I don't see many of these companies or have their own business or teaching,etc...
  • I know it will take time to see these things but also depends on us that how much we are giving chance to them to work with us...
  • Thinking about most general qualities you always see in third gender community, are they actually very confident people...
  • they are one of naturally good communicators and best part of them I believe as they are third gender which is their best quality as they are comfortable with both boys and girls...
  • Specially, girls are actually very comfortable working with them as compare to working with boys(Obvious reasons)...

A Wish...

  • Because of these qualities with most of these community people have...
  • Incase, ever if I got any chance to run a company, maybe if I get any...
  • I really want to give them opportunity to work with me...to help me in many ways as good communicator, understanding girls feelings or problems easily(as a boy U want to understand too but there is a limit)
  • Making an active environment/healthy environment,etc...
  • I really believe we didn't even know what is potential of these community if we actually give them a chance on big level...

So, that was MyThoughts on third gender community...

As I believe third gender community are so capable, sweetest and generous people to have in our society...

Respect to all gender as we all are humans(I hope so...)
