Feeling fresh after taking break after breakfast uffff
So many thoughts kept roaming in my mind most of the day...I know its not good but cant really help it now...
I am in this loop unfortunately where when I overthinking a lot about certain incident, I try to distract myself from doing some work or reading or drawing or consuming random content...Now for work I need focus which I cant as I am overthinking a lot unless its an urgent work then I dont have any option but to forcely focus myself on work
Next is reading or drawing, which works sometimes but not all the time
Last but not least is consuming random content on social media which I do the most...and unfortunately to distract myself from overthinking, when I consume content...i get tired mentally and try to do things which give me just pleasure rather than focusing on work which means again consuming content as i dont have anything to do to distract myself from thoughts...
This over consumption leads to more variety of thoughts which later results in another kind of overthinking...such a frustating loop to make you more tired mental level
What can I do?
Nothing really...I just try to focus on work which is the only option which I can control and get satisfied even if I am failing at it
So, lets get back to work and hopefully I follow my schedule today...
