A boy is learning and training hard to get business insights and experience BUT for the last one year…he didn’t grow at all

WHY??

Yesterday, one of our usual family talk was happening in the evening and my papa was sharing this boy’s incident who is actually the boy working in my papa’s shop for more than a year…

He joined a year ago by his father recommendation so that he can learn the basics of business OR get a experience in traditional business like in SHOPS…

He was working for free and obviously my papa was fine to teach him…he is young kid with high energy levels and motivation to learn anything as fast as possible…BUT

From past one year, my papa observed a big mistake about him…which is the COMFORT ZONE

As he don’t have any salary and there is no intention to get any as it was clear from the START as its like an unpaid internship for him…

With the time spent in shop, he learnt many things but got into his own comfort zone which stopped him to explore more in young age…

My papa advised him many times to leave the shop and get some more different experiences with good salary with experience he has now…but he denied saying its fine, I want to learn here only…

One of the reason my papa observed is that as there is no salary, he is allowed to leave anytime or take any day-off incase of personal work and he was getting so much comfortable doing it again and again…

My papa told him to not get into comfort zone as no one else gonna tolerate this behaviour of ignorance and running from responsibilites but he still with his own mindset believed in his own life perspective and nodded without actually understanding,…

Yesterday, My father shared a brutual TRUTH about his future which was that he is never going to do anything successfully in his life as he got so much comfort zone and avoiding any big responsibility coming towards him…

HE could sense this by his behaviour and obviously he warned the child but at the end its his choice…

I can see WHY this kiddo was so comfortable with his current situation and running from GROWTH…

We humans can’t predict whats going to happen if we don’t do things which some people are advising having good experience with life like my father…

Human brain loved to stay in more pleasure and less pain zone…even I was in this zone at some point of life…


Believe me…its more fun to try out new things and getting more and more different experiences in life rather stuck in one situation and wishing for no more PAIN life…

There will be PAIN in growing and that is what life is…and also there is PAIN in being at your comfort zone for a long time with long term disadvantages…its your choice which pain do you choose

DO what you love but DON’T forget to grow in things what you love to do…
