SO, I was thinking to play some games with my writing and with my viewers BUT plan changed for some reason and so you are going to read something which I had wrote on 13th October,2021

and will play that game tomorrow for sure(I hope so)...

Here it is...why can't I sleep..?

In past few days, I was working on balance between  my work and my health...while I was trying new things to know my  body well like different exercise, yoga,diet,etc I noticed that whole day, slowly I was getting lazy and most of the time. I was sleepy...

So, few days ago I decided to do some research about sleep and what happen in our brain while we asleep...

People know the importance of sleep but doesn't really feel the importance of good quality sleep...Benefits of good quality will be shared after I explain neuroscience behind bad sleep...

I explain neuroscience behind bad sleep..

Simply searching science behind sleep gave me whole bunch of 1-2 hr videos on youtube explaining neuroscience of sleep and next 2 hr I spent watching and understanding bad sleep...

Honestly, I am not an expert or any scientist who can teach such a complicated structure called Brain Working BUT YES!

I will make it very short, simple and easy to understand...

I had watched the Science of Sleep by Royal Institution and here what I learn about my disturbance in sleep...

FIRST is the CL0CK...

There is a clock called as Circadian clock at center of our brain which work as clock making rhythm between our sleep time and awake time...

This clock has a rhythm what you have decided till today about your sleep schedule...24 HOUR of the day, this clock continuously maintain this rhythm about when to sleep and when to wake up... Anything break this rhythm results in bad sleep...

One thing which affects the most to this clock is irregularity in sleeping time...

People who sleeps at 12 or somewhere 3 or sometimes 2, these "sometimes" breaks the rhythm and cause bad quality sleep and stress...

SECOND is the LIGHT...

You know experts always says that don't use electronic devices before going to sleep...BUT WHY..?

There is a hormone called melatonin which is responsible for quality sleep in night which released in night(In sense of darkness)

BUT

If you use mobile or TV before sleep, your brain think there is light and you need to be wake or be alert, so melatonin hormone secretion get less and results in disturbed sleep...

That's why, you need to put devices off atleast 1 hour before going to sleep to get steady secretion of melatonin in brain...

NOW WHY I CAN'T SLEEP..?

As my sleep schedule was fine and regular but stull I got disturbance in sleeping and thinking about that I realised that cooler in my room which when I turn ON, have a blue light which spreads across the room and I used to get annoy sometimes but also ignored it...

After watching and reading about sleep, O realised blue light or normal light is bad for our eyes as it sense the blue light easily and reduce melatonin in brain...which makes my sleep bad...

I decided to not use cooler and change my room to get good sleep and I did 

AND

Its been  3 days now, I find quite stable and activeness in my head...

OFCOURSE, there are many more factors like exercise, diet but sleep really is the first step towards your healthy lifestyle as it can cure your brain in number of ways...

Good sleep can reduce stress, make your brain active in daytime, thinking abilities improves and good memory too...


So, have a good quality sleep rather than just 6-8 hour sleep...
