Incase you haven't read My Appreciation Post blog...

So,
As I said before, after getting so much of positive response I was very excited to write more and more posts in different way for the people...
As I was very excited, I did a mistake...a very little mistake but with great coincidence...

My next topic was Overconfident Bias which simply means people normally tend to overestimate their abilities in work than other and don't see the reality if they really are great or just overconfident about it...which is obviously bad thing to have as personality specially in business...

While writing on this topic, I was overestimating my writing ability and thought of writing a whole storyline in 3 parts for this post...
Even I completed that writing and had sent to parsh bhai for final check...

AND
Here he gave me honest feedback that this 3 parts carousel post is not necessary as people will get bored to wait for 3 parts on one topic...

ALSO
I made some confusing statements for people and also some of slides were just avoidable and no use in overconfident bias...

I realised that I was overconfident about my writing and did wrong experiment on instagram posts with some avoidable confused statements...

YUP, interesting experience for me..
As I was writing on a psychology bias and also have experienced it...&
Honestly,
I am glad I had these experience in early stage of my work and not in future...

OFCOURSE,
There is still chance of doing this same mistake as it is natural bias for humans but atleast I will now consciously gonna handle the situation...
Hope, I keep remembering this situation to not repeat the same mistake...
