These are some of few lines, we are used to listen from everyone...

These so called "Motivational Quotes" can motivate you temporarily but not in a long run...

Today,

I am not gonna talk about how to be successful or how to make a change or how to get rich fast...

A Misunderstood topic which most of time, people ignore or don't give much importance...


IMPORTANCE OF TAKING BREAK...

                                                          


I know, there are many studies and videos available on this topic that how much is taking good break between work is important....

BUT,

Somehow, I feel it is given in a very motivational way and not in practical way....

I will just give my perspective on it,

It doesn't matter if it works for you or not...

Take it as different perspective on this topic...

Let's start like this...


WHY BREAK IS NEEDED.??

  •  Its obvious and simple because you don't wanna be like a nerd in class who just study whole day without any break(except just for eating) and continuous to study whole day, giving more than required importance to particular work...
  • WORKHOLIC is overrated...Stay in Balance and don't be a nerd...


NOW,

  • What is thing we should keep in mind about taking good breaks for mind...is that don't make your breaks results in procrastination habit and ending with no work...
  • Its like a back bencher who just do waste their time whole day after reading a chapter in a excuse of taking a break...
  • I have seen people who have problem of completing one task and taking a looooong break which never ends and it results in regrets but they still ignore regrets and keep wasting their time...


OFCOURSE,

Ofcourse, you should take a break to keep your mind active socially...

You should know things going on around you...But, while taking little breaks, just keep in mind, you are giving break to your brain and body from an intense work and not to your mood(emotions)...

If you keep saying, I am not in mood of work and let's take a break on basis of your mood, you will never get to work again...

Ofcourse, everyone is different, everyone's mind and body is different...


WHAT YOU SHOULD DO NOW..?

  • Just know yourself  better...See what your mind and body need to get better, to grow in a long run...
  • Take breaks to give your mind free environment without any burden of concentration...
  • After you get that you are active again...your brain and body is chill...get back to work....
  • It is important that you should enjoy the process or journey towards your goal....
  • AND in journey, break is a important part which can be used for your betterment...
  • ENJOY the work, so that your brain don't have to think it as effort which makes it more lazy towards work...
  • Enjoy doing particular task and take a little breaks...
  • Keeping balance between both... results in being best child in the class...
