- If you are a leader and you are leading a team where the whole team is full of talented, skilled and experienced people...
But...
- Somehow, you are not getting results or good results from your team despite the fact that they are experienced and skilled people...
So, what's the problem...
- A Team complete any task/work successfully, not only by skills and experience of people but also the engagement between team members...
- If they don't have mutual understanding or empathy towards their teammates then how will they execute the plan which is designed for them to complete as a team...
In a book "Rudest book ever"...author said,
- If you are a leader, don't talk at team....instead talk with the team...have a good conversation "with" them...
- After telling your strategy of completing any work, ask them to face your teammate next to you and discuss about strategy and ask questions....
- With this, you will see a good engagement among teammates and also you will get honest feedback on strategy which will help you to grow company...
Making a comfortable environment and increasing candor in team helps to tackle unnecessary challenges due to bad engagement...
